What's the quality of your product?

In our products quality over quantity is essential against cheap mass products. Unique, limited edition items among everyone can find the favourite from size S to XXL. Great value for money.

How can I pay my order?

You can pay your order through Paypal or directly with your credit or debit card. Our site is secured via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Your payment is processed by our third party payment provider. We do not have any access to your card details, and these are never stored. 

When my order will be processed?

We do all of our best to process orders as soon as possible. Orders are processing within 3-4 business days once received clear payment. Please bear to us if takes longer in peak season (Black Friday, X-MAS...) Once orders has been processed please allow 7 to 10 business days for shipping. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping can takes longer than normal. 

How long will my order takes to arrive?

Please note: Royal Mail Standard UK delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

Outside of UK, shipping time depends on the destination country. 

However, please allow at least 15 days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local Royal Mail sorting office is not holding it for collection.

If I ordered any wrong product what do I need to do?

If you have ordered the wrong product, or received an incorrect or defective item, you need to contact us as soon as possible through email and let us know what was wrong with your order. Please leave all labels on items if they need to be returned. We will not accept returns or give refunds if the product is used, smoked, washed or perfumed. 

Important: Due to hygienic reasons we DO NOT accept any return for lingerie products or swimwear.
